Artist Statement
My work explores transformation through movement, line, and emotional abstraction.
I draw intuitive, continuous lines that prioritize movement over meaning, allowing emotion to guide structure and form. Color emerges instinctively, layered, vibrant, and resonant, building atmosphere rather than representation.
White space is never neutral to me. It represents absence; a silent field that must be activated. Each composition is completed with a black outline, a grounding gesture that brings clarity, containment, and balance.
My practice is rooted in movement, both physical and internal. After more than two decades in aviation, I continue to translate ideas of transition, perception, and distance into visual language.
I am not interested in depicting reality, but in revealing what lies beneath it: tension, resilience, expansion, and release.
Each work is an inquiry into transformation; how emotion takes form, and how form returns to emotion.
I create not to define what is seen, but to give form to what is felt. The invisible language between movement, memory, and becoming.
